Synthetic disc beads 16" strand

These disc beads are great for loop necklaces to achieve that old look of the shell discs.  They have a large hole that will take a thin piece of buckskin so they can be strung just like the old necklaces.  A much nicer look than crow beads, the color variations offer a lot of design possibilities.  Pair these with the new Teton brass shoe buttons on the bottom row, some Teton trade beads, and some Teton replica conch discs and you have a fantastic-looking loop necklace (see above photo of an old necklace for reference).  For instructions on how to measure out and plan your loop necklace, read our blog article on the construction of a disc bead loop necklace.
